Willow Group is a wholesale distributor that only sells to businesses.  We value the relationship with the businesses that purchase from us and do what we can to maintain those affiliations.  Our distribution center is designed to ship large quantities at a time. Our customers’ businesses are designed and structured to sell to the end consumer or our customer may be a large end user, such as supermarkets, airlines, casinos, specialty marketers and packers in the food, floral or specialty industries.

If you find an item you are interested in purchasing, please take the item number and our phone number (1-800-724-7300) to a local business and we will work with that business to provide you access to the items of your choice.  Local Florists or Gift Shops would be good candidates.
Due to the large demand for product donations, Willow Group has found it necessary to create guidelines to limit honoring most donation requests. Qualifying non-profit organizations can be set up as a customer and purchase products at the wholesale list price. Willow Group will not be responsible for the shipping cost but may be able to suggest discounted sale items.

Yes, Willow Group offers many natural biodegradable products for your container needs.  In addition, we have reduced paper and waste by utilizing an electronic invoicing system.  If you are a customer and not currently receiving your invoices as an electronic PDF via email, please contact our customer service staff at  800-724-7300 or email customerservice@willowgroupltd.com.

Placing Orders

 

Yes, items from any catalog or publication can be placed on one order.

Yes, the minimum order amount for a regular order is $100.00 per ship to address. The $100.00 minimum per order includes items selected for all the publications across all branches.
Yes, there will be a $30.00 below minimum order surcharge fee added to the order.
Please contact our customer service staff or your assigned Independent Sales Rep. We will be glad to quote a special order for you.  Our ability to special order items depends on our particular supplier, quantity requested, acceptable cost range, and lead time available.

Our Customer Service staff can assist with providing in-transit information, special order requirements, or substitute suggestions.

Shipping costs can vary depending on the product selected and the distance from our distribution center.  Over 60% of the boxes Willow Group ships out are oversize.  Shipping costs for oversize boxes are calculated by box dimensions not the actual weight of the carton.  Much of our product is inexpensive, light weight and often large.  Our customers see our products as a good value even when considering the laid-in cost.

Ordering more at one time may allow Willow Group to ship your product by a Common Carrier reducing the cost.  Also, when shipping by common carrier our Customer Service staff can add a note to call you if more product will fit on the pallet with no additional freight charges.  You would be increasing the order value without increasing the freight cost – therefore lowering total freight percentage for the entire order.

Products

 

Yes, most all of our products are biodegradable.  The majority of our containers are made out of natural products. We consistently work with our factories to use environmentally sound practices and we request that environmentally safe finishes are utilized in the production of our products, meeting CPISA and California Prop 65 standards.
Sample orders can be placed for one to two pieces of each item. The $100 minimum order requirement is waived for sample orders.  Orders placed via the Website will not allow a quantity to be entered less than the item’s minimum without an error message. Sample orders can be placed through the Website system by entering the minimum quantity on the item then add a note on the check out screen “sample only please ship 1 pc only of item ###”. Customer Service will change the order before shipping based on the instructions in the note.
Yes, you will be charged the wholesale list price for the sample.  The sample is returnable for a refund.

Catalogs 

 

Willow Group is a wholesale distributor that maintains a strong relationship with our customers.  Our customers set their own retail price.  We sell to them in bulk, they in turn will sell individual pieces.  Pricing is available to our customers through the Shop Online/Login page.

 

Each catalog contains items that are selected for specific niche markets.  Containers and supplies are versatile and can be successfully used across all industries. Willow Specialties contains products for the packaging, grocery, and food industries.  Avery Imports contains products for the Floral and Garden industries.  Skalny contains home décor products.

Terms

 

Willow Group accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. Upon credit approval, our standard account terms are net 30 days.

 

Resale Certificates are required to be on file with us to be exempt from sales tax.

No, credit card information is not retained on file and must be provided with each new order.
